Zepour’s Terms of Service
Please read through these terms carefully before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you have agreed to the following terms, and I reserve the right to deny service to any who violate these terms at any point during service. I also reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
Will and will not draw:
Things I will absolutely not draw:
Rape, snuff, non-sibling incest, non-cum inflation, unbirth, heavy vore, child/cub/diaper[for adult pieces]
Things that are negotiable:
Mild scat/watersports, vore, gore, cum inflation, pregnancy/birth, G-rated child/cub/diaper
Things I will draw:
Most anything else, including bondage, sibling incest, coiling, suspension—if you are unsure please ask!
Time, Posting and Private Commissions
If you have purchased a commission from me, you are more than welcome to post said commission on your page, only if the following criteria are met:
-The art is not being sold or otherwise profited off of
-The art has not in any way been modified by anyone other than myself
-You have credited me by name, posting a link to the original piece, and using the :iconzepour: method, or a link to my FurAffinity if not being posted to FA
-The one posting the art is either the one who commissioned said art, or the owner of one of the characters in the piece

General Terms of Service
A private commission is a commission requested to not be posted, and instead privately emailed to the commissioner.
Since this takes away exposure from my art and as a result, makes a possible commissioner seeing my art less likely, there will be a $10 fee for all private commissions.
Rush orders are commissions requested to be completed within 48 hours.
Although sometimes I naturally complete orders within a few days, if you specifically request your commission within 48 hours, there will be a $7 rush order fee. If your art must be completed within 24 hours, there will be a $12 rush order fee. Generally speaking, non-rush orders do not take more than 2 weeks to be completed.
~ General~ I reserve the right to deny service to any who do not abide by these terms.

X-Do not send multiple notes at once. I am not always online and will respond when I am able. Spamming my inbox does not increase my chances of responding quickly.
1. The Initial Note In your first note to me requesting a commission, please provide references for all characters involved [pictures preferred, but descriptions are OK], the type of pose you had in mind [unless it is a Wing-It, or a YCH auction for obvious reasons], and the type of commission you would like [lineart, flat-color, or shaded, Wing-It]. Also, if no background/setting is specified, I will chose one. This includes auction winners. Please do not play 'note-tag' with me.
2. Payment. At least partial payment must be recieved within 48 hours of my accepting your commision. You may choose to either pay in full up front, or if the commission's price is $35 or over, you may choose to pay half before and half after. I will not go beyond the sketching phase until at least partial payment is recieved. An un-watermarked version will not be posted until full payment is recieved.
3. Prices. Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise. I may make an exception for bulk orders or repeat customers.
4. Refunds. I do not issue refunds, under any circumstance. If you are unhappy with your art, please note me, and we can work something out.
5. Works In Progress or “WIPs”. Recently I have been posting more WiPs, though this is not always the case. If you would like WIPs, please tell me in your initial note and I will be more than happy to oblige.
6. Time. Generally, your commission should not take longer than two weeks. If you need your art by a specific date, please include this information in the initial note. Rush orders [requested to be completed within 48-24 hours] have an added fee of $7 for within 48 hours, and $12 if within 24 hours.
7. Age. By commissioning me, you agree that you are 18 or older. As I mostly deal in adult work, I can not under any circumstance deal with minors. This includes characters as well. No exceptions.
8. Sharing. If you have commissioned me, you may post that art to your page, if and only if you credit me by posting a link to the original, and post my icon [ via the :iconzepour: method] or a link to my FA page or website.
